16-year-old New Holstein High School student killed in Calumet County car accident; Two others injured.

In a tragic incident that happened in Calumet County on Thursday morning, a female teenager lost her life while two other individuals sustained injuries.

According to the Calumet County Sheriff’s Office, it has been reported that on Thursday, September 14 at approximately 7:30 a.m., law enforcement officials were alerted to a collision involving two vehicles. The incident took place at the intersection of Foundry Road and Plymouth Trail in New Holstein.

According to the investigation, a sedan carrying two individuals collided with another sedan that had only one occupant.

According to reports, both vehicles ultimately veered off the road and ended up in a ditch. According to officials, the driver of the sedan who had two occupants, tragically succumbed to her injuries at the scene.

The deceased victim has been unofficially identified as 16-year-old Courtney Krebsbach of New Holstein, Wisconsin.

Krebsbach’s passenger, a 16-year-old boy from Town of New Holstein was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Driver of the second vehicle, a 16-year-old boy from City of New Holstein was also taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
