Gabriel Warren Found Dead Inside Burned Vehicle, Jackson firefighters

A body was discovered inside a burned-out car in Jackson, and police are now looking into the incident.

On May 11, at before 4:00 a.m., Jackson firefighters responded to a call near Long Street and Bon Air Street. The workers started putting out the vehicle fire as soon as they arrived.

Firefighters reported that a man’s body was discovered inside the burned-out car after the fire was put out. The person’s identity is unknown.

The victim’s identity and the manner of the man’s death are being sought after by Jackson police. According to Hinds County Coroner Sharon Grisham-Stewart, homicide is being looked into as the cause of death.
