Hi, My name is Caitlyn Jungels and I’m starting this Gofund me for a beloved friend of mine, her husband, and their young daughter. I had the pleasure of knowing Rylee for only a short part of her life. I think our paths were meant to cross as we both benefited one another in so many ways. Her warmest smile and kindest heart had made me want to be a better person every time we interacted. When I first met Rylee she had a long history of health conditions, had under went multiple surgeries, and seen many providers. That didn’t stop her from living her life to the fullest, marrying her better half, or adopting the most beautiful little girl. Rylee was truly selfless in my eyes. Last March Rylee has went into liver failure and just recently toward the end of May had been seen in the hospital due to sepsis and was admitted to the ICU. During her time there the doctors had noticed Rylee’s kidney’s were failing as well. She had remained on dialysis while fighting sepsis to get her kidneys to function appropriately. Let me tell you, Rylee is a fighter. When keeping updated with her husband she had regained consciousness and was able to breathe on her own while being in the ICU. She remained in the ICU for many weeks and her husband and family remained hopeful that her beautiful soul would be able to come home and reunite with their daughter as a family of three. Unfortunately Rylee had lost her battle, and gained a beautiful set of wings surrounded by her family and loved ones. With that said, no contribution is too small.
