Skinner began her career as a political reporter for Duluth, Minnesota’s KBJR radio station. She came to Fox News from WNBC-TV in New York City as a general reporter. She previously served as an anchor at WITI in Milwaukee, where she established the station’s primetime program after it became a Fox affiliate. She’s also worked for KMOV in St. Louis and WCSH in Portland, Maine, as a general assignment reporter.
Skinner anchored the 2 p.m. ET edition of Fox News Live and a piece on Studio B dubbed Skinnerville before appearing on Happening Now. She previously hosted Sunday Best, which featured highlights from the channel’s previous week’s programming. She was also a guest on John Gibson’s show The Big Story for a while.
