I am a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager. My experience includes: Charge Nurse in Emergency and Psychiatric Units in hospital. I created the first Independent Nursing Practice Corporation in the USA. I co authored the book, Nurses On Our Own, the story of the adventures in business and Nursing. I have been a home care Director of Nursing and the President of AmericaNurse. AmericaNurse provided staffing, consulting to major motion pictures and television movies; occupational health and insurance consulting. I have also been the Manager of First Aid and Insurance and Safety at the prototype Recreational Amusement Park ( Old Chicago) and provided First Aid to convention centers. I have spoken on health insurance reimbursement, motivational subjects, Nursing to Universities omand students and women's organizations. I have occupational health experience at CBS, NBC, Lever Brothers,and other companies. I have written a health column for several Newspapers and Magazines on health and safety topics and issues. I currently produce and host, Outspoken with Karon television shows on cable and the Internet (at Ustreamtv.com) We interview Doctors, Nurses, Innovatiors, Lawyers, Authors on a variety of health and alternative health topics to all ages.
