Makala N. Fritz of Delaware Avenue in James City Obituary, Visitation and Funeral

Makala N. Fritz, a 21-year-old resident of Delaware Avenue in James City, Pennsylvania, fell away suddenly on Thursday (Jan. 26) at her home.

The daughter of Travis Fritz and Michelle (Smith) Horton, she entered the world on April 26, 2001, in St. Marys.

Having attended Kane Area High School, Makala is now a proud alumnus. Several of her cats were rescues from the McKean County SPCA, and she adored them all.
Two uncles, Patrick Smith of James City and Aaron (Savanna Kohut) Smith of Kane; one aunt, Kelly Fritz of California; five sisters, Malysa Confer of Ludlow, Hailey Slater of Mt. Jewett, Sydney Slater of Wilcox, Madison McKown of North Dakota, and Alyssa Confer of Rasselas; and paternal grandparents, John (Karen) Smith of James City and Jerome (Beverly)
Her uncle, Adrian Smith II, died before she did.
Funeral services will be scheduled at a later time that is most suitable for the family.
