Noe R. Mendiola Preliminary Autopsy Results

Officers from the Normal Police Department responded to a car accident in the 100 block of West Raab Road on June 11th, 23, at around 12:21am.

Officers arrived and discovered a single vehicle that had collided with a power pole. The Normal Fire Department and other first responder agencies helped officers treat the crash’s several victims. Multiple patients were sent to nearby hospitals for treatment.

At the site was the McLean County Coroner’s Office.

22-year-old Noe R. Mendiola from Bloomington, Illinois

According to an early autopsy report, Mr. Mendiola suffered multiple blunt force traumas before passing away. Testing for toxicology is pending.

The McLean County Accident Reconstruction Team is currently looking into the accident’s cause.

The McLean County Coroner’s Office and the Normal Police Department are still looking into this event.
